About Me

In Oct 2018, I received an email from the Rhodes Scholarship, indicating I had lost out on my last opportunity for that graduate program in the UK. Surprisingly, my world didn't flip. Instead, I felt nothing this great freedom calling and decided right then to starting traveling as much as I possibly could.

I'm Brenna, and welcome to Wander.To.Roam.

 

On this site you'll find a roadmap to the simple joy of wandering. There's only one real goal: finish this journey in Rome, Italy. For me, Rome holds a poetic calling. 2000 years ago, the common phrase "All roads lead to Rome" held true for the vast corners of the world. Now, in a much bigger world then those Romans could have imagined, I feel it's my duty to determine if I can find my way home to this magical city.

It's a long journey; it starts, it stops, and sometimes it stays for a little while. I don't know when I'll finally end. I don't know how. But I cannot wait to find out.
